Flag

Flag of the Air Force is based on flag of the Armed Forces, but emblem of Air Force is placed on the yellow contour map, a black air wing. The name of branch is written under the emblem, “FUERZA AEREA”.

The formally incorrect spelling aerea, instead of aérea, is indeed used on the flag, as discussed several times before – a quaint custom from early print days, affecting diacritics in some upper case letters in some languages.
